EchosLine EchosLight demi-permanent cream color for blonde and bleached hair, without ammonia. Express toning and shine. Application: In a non-metallic bowl, mix cream paint and oxidizing emulsion 2.1%, in a ratio of 1:2, until a homogeneous mass with a creamy consistency is obtained. Apply the mixture to damp hair along the entire length and to the bleached ends, 1 cm away from the roots. Leave on for 3 to 15 minutes, depending on the desired intensity of the shade. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water and proceed to the appropriate procedure.
