KEEN STROK Decoplex non-volatile compact bleaching powder lightens hair up to 9 tones. Neutralizes yellow tones. Contains additives that protect and reduce hair breakage. Easy application thanks to its delicate cream-like formula and brilliant results from highlights to maximum lift.

Application: In a non-metallic bowl mix 1 part bleaching powder to 2 parts developer. Apply the mixture onto dry, unwashed hair. Start the application from the ends and then move to the roots. The exposure should be determined by the hairdresser.
