Application: Mix the lightener with the Milaqua 1.9, 3, 6, 9 or 12% developer in a non-metallic bowl in proportions of 1:2. After obtaining a smooth, creamy consistency, apply the lightening mixture to dry, unwashed hair. After application, it is necessary to check the lightening effects frequently. The exposure time varies from 5 to 50 minutes, depends on the hair color and its condition, the desired degree of lightening, the technique used, the temperature in the salon, the concentration of the developer. After obtaining the desired effect, rinse the mixture thoroughly with water and wash the hair with a shampoo.
