Application: X-Light blue powder, no doubt, will become your best friend when trying to lighten the hair by several tones all at once! Depending on the wanted result, mix 1 scoop of the powder (30g) with Artego O2 developer in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 (30 or 60g). It’s not recommended to use a developer that’s stronger than 9% (30vol). Check the result every 5 minutes.
