Application:
- Mix 1 cup of the bleaching powder (30g) with the Artego O2 developer in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 (30 or 60g);
- it’s not recommended to use developer that’s stronger than 9% (30 vol);
- the exposure time varies from the hair type and desired tone level;
- check the result every 5-10 minutes after the application.
