Montibello Oxibel activating cream (2%)

Hair oxidizing product in cream for preparing hair tints and decoloring processes. Specially formulated for mixing with the Meteorite Toner hair color cream. It is ideal for obtaining the right texture for each technical coloring and at the same time, it facilitates coverage and color evening in the tinting processes.

Application: OXIBEL ACTIVATING CREAM mixed in the proportion/ratio (1+1) with CROMATONE METEORITE TONER hair color cream. Exposure time will vary depending on the desired results.

Do not use any metal utensils during the coloring process (bowl, hair clips, combs, etc.).
