The ASP Infiniti Toners are neutralizing shades for use on light and blonde hair, for an individual blonde tone. The formula contains shea butter and argan oil, for beautiful and even results with shine. The shade neutralizes yellow tones, for radiant blonde hair.

Application: 1 part of your chosen Toner to 2 parts ASP Converter developer (ie.30g T21 to 60g Converter). Apply to clean towel dried hair. Visual development is required with a maximum development time of 25 minutes. Visual development is necessary, and the toner must be removed when your desired result is achieved. NO HEAT.
